Cultivating Alnylam’s Culture of Inclusion

Our 5-pronged strategic approach to DEI focuses mostly on our employees, aligned with Alnylam’s Core Values, and is in line with our corporate mission to help patients.

The key elements of our employee focus include: building and fostering a global diverse and inclusive workforce; providing appropriate and relevant education and mentoring to ensure equitable opportunities for career and leadership development; developing policies and advancing a work environment that ensures equality and an open culture; and encouraging the formation of Employee Resource Networks based on shared experiences to build community and cultivating the sense of belonging within Alnylam.

Our SAGA provides a platform for our LGBTQIA+ employees to build community and host educational and celebratory events  to ensure equality and to provide advocacy.
